Program
- DAP Antarctic Expedition starts in the city of Punta Arenas, a day before the trip, with a specialized and informative chat. We'll check with our Antarctic guide the schedule and the interest places that we will visit.
- Early morning, after the weather verification, we'll board our plane to start our trip.
FULL DAY
ACTIVITIES ON THE ISLAND
• Visit to “Las Estrellas” Village (First place inhabited by civil people).
• Walking through the beach to visit a Sea Wolf colony at Drake Sea .
• Lunch or Snack ( depending on the arrival time )
• Walking toward China Base to see Penguins, other sea birds and Weddel Sea Lions
• Crossing on foot through an isthmus to Ardley Island to see Papua Penguins.
• Return to Punta Arenas city (end of full day).
2 DAYS, 1 NIGHT
PROGRAM (continuation)
• Next day we'll visit several Investigation and Scientific Stations where we could talk with the Scientifics.
• If weather conditions are good, we could visit other special interest places, before returning to Punta Arenas City.
